What if I’m unsure about my device’s condition?

We have clearly defined condition categories so you’ll know exactly how much money you will be receiving for your device. If you used our condition guide and are still unsure about what condition your device is in, just make your best guess. We always judge condition from an unbiased perspective. For example: if you believe your device is in “good” condition, but we find that it’s in “flawless” condition, we’ll be sure to give you the additional amount once your phone has been inspected.
