  Fully functional and shows heavy signs of use such as deep or excessive scratches, dings, dents, scuffs or abrasions but no cracks. Must have a clean ESN (no financial balances or blocks). Battery health must be at or above 80% and without a "service battery" message.

• Faulty

  The device turns on but has any of the following issues: Cracked or damaged | Battery is faulty or has less than 80% of original capacity | Doesn’t work properly | LCD screen defects | Engraved | Aftermarket Screen | Note: We do not purchase devices that are account locked, reported lost/stolen or do not power on.
