• Cracked

  Fully functional and has a cracked/chipped screen (LCD must be undamaged) OR cracked rear glass. Must have no exposed internal components. Must have a clean ESN (no financial balances or blocks). Battery health must be at or above 80% and without a "service battery" message.

• Damaged

  The device is fully functional but has any of these issues: battery life below 80%, battery health displays "service battery" message, weak speakers, minor frame damage, cracked camera lens, LCD blemishes

• Broken
