During the evaluation process, we’ll first make sure that all the specifications of your device are as you described them to be (i.e. model, carrier and storage capacity). We’ll then run a series of inspections and tests on your device to make sure that it matches the condition criteria you selected.

Please note that we do not purchase Blacklisted devices, iCloud locked devices, Remote Managed devices, or devices that are too damaged to be properly tested. Specifically, if we cannot access the settings menu of a device then it is likely too damaged to be properly tested.
